The Lilliputian Montessori School's curriculum follows the child development research and writings of Dr. Maria Montessori. The world of the child, say Montessori educators, is full of sights and sounds, which uses their senses and allows them to gain mastery of themselves and their environment. Maria Montessori says that the world of the child is physical, intellectual and spiritual. For each child to reach their fullest potential they must be given the freedom to work and move within limits, which are achieved through order, respect and self-discipline.
Through this environment each child develops the skills and self-confidence to allow for a lifetime of creative learning.
